I’m Alison, Founder, Managing Director, and Principal Consultant at Outlook Lab. I’m also a Transformation Strategy Consultant at ASTM International, specializing in the intersection of emerging technology and executive command.
After a 15-year career across four countries and three multi-billion dollar brands—Emirates, GE, and Honeywell—I launched Outlook Lab to bridge the gap between complex innovation and impactful narrative, a journey built on countless hours of innovating, winning, failing, and growing.
Notably, as Global Senior Director at Honeywell, I architected a CEO-led AI partnership with Google Cloud that generated triple-digit millions in value and led a global brand campaign resulting in a $10B+ backlog. By combining a background in performing arts and linguistics with deep P&L experience, I equip leaders to master high-stakes messaging, navigate AI governance, and drive commercial adoption of transformative technologies across the aerospace and industrial sectors.
